Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for products purchased within 30 days. We will not accept product that has been opened, scratched, or mounted prior to return request. If product has a fitment issue, or misboxed this would be confirmed and dealt with in a different manner.
Anyone wishing to return a product must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part(s). Please contact us at 210-651-2000 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number. If approved, we will issue you a RGA# and give you the details of where to return your package. Write the RGA number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Orders returned without an RGA will be refused and returned to the sender freight collect.
Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be given on parts only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Free Shipping Returns
Customer returns for parts that were included in ”free shipping" offers, will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
DSI Performance is a Factory Authorized Warn Warranty Center, and will adhere to Warranty procedures set forth by Warn Industries.
